1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jaya9b website accessible at jaya9b.pro and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature of the jaya9b platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the jaya9b platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet value, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used on the jaya9b platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "jaya9b" means the jaya9b platform and its operating team.

2.Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1  To register and maintain an active jaya9b account, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. jaya9b may request identity documents, national ID, or proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

2.2  You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

2.3  Each individual may hold only one registered account on jaya9b. The existence of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jaya9b reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void all bets and transactions made through them.

2.4  Account registration is for personal use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any other person to use your account.

3.Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1  jaya9b accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to the player's account within minutes of confirmation.

3.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. jaya9b aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during support hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.3  jaya9b reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a national ID card, mobile number verification, or recent transaction records. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

3.4  Players may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account belonging to another person will result in suspension of the withdrawal request and review of the account.

3.5  jaya9b does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jaya9b is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

4.Betting Rules & Game Play

4.1  All bets placed on jaya9b are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming a bet. jaya9b will not accept claims for bet cancellation based on player error after confirmation.

4.2  jaya9b offers sports betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes; bets placed at displayed odds may be accepted, queued, or declined at jaya9b's discretion where market conditions change significantly between bet placement and confirmation.

4.3  Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jaya9b does not control individual game outcomes. RTP percentages are disclosed by each provider.

4.4  In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round or live bet, jaya9b will make reasonable efforts to settle the relevant wager based on the last confirmed game state or odds recorded by our system. jaya9b's decision on such settlements is final.

4.5  jaya9b reserves the right to void or suspend any bet, market, or game at any time if it determines that match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or integrity issues are present. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1  jaya9b may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season promotions) from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

5.2  All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard turnover requirement applies.

5.3  Bonus funds may only be used on specified game categories as indicated in the promotion terms. Stakes placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus cancellation.

5.4  jaya9b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed in good faith by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

5.5  Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.

6.Account Suspension & Closure

6.1  jaya9b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where jaya9b is required to do so for compliance reasons.

6.2  Upon account closure for cause, jaya9b may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or Terms breach is confirmed, jaya9b reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full.

6.3  Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

6.4  Players who have requested self-exclusion under jaya9b's responsible gaming programme are not permitted to re-register during the exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.Privacy & Data Protection

7.1  jaya9b collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

7.2  jaya9b uses SSL encryption across all platform communications. Your account credentials, payment information, and personal details are stored securely and are not shared with unauthorised third parties.

8.Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of specific games or markets.

8.2  jaya9b's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. jaya9b is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses howsoever arising.

8.3  jaya9b is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from shared credentials or compromised devices.

9.Amendments to These Terms

9.1  jaya9b reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the jaya9b platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
